Do not feel guilty for trying new things or striving for results.
But manage your time and your mindset so that you give yourself the time to think and relax.
Progress is made by by defining a plan and rules with yourself. There is no point in burning yourself out.
- Set your contract with yourself
- Take in switch off time
- Learn to relax
- Read a good mindfulness book
- Set another challenge
Your wellbeing is essential for your future, invest in it wisely. And remember, if you don’t look after yourself who is going to do it for you?
